Solicitud de cumplimiento de la sentencia T-725 de 2009.

La Sala concluye que en el presente caso es evidente que el juez de primera instancia es quien debe garantizar que la orden de tutela impartida en el trámite de dicha acción, se cumpla de manera pronta y eficaz, para lo cual deberá adelantar todas las actuaciones que permitan la protección de los derechos fundamentales.
